Grand Arts Council Scholarships

The Grand Arts Council is proud to offer a $1,000 scholarship to a graduating senior from Middle Park and West Grand High Schools each year. All applicants must intend to continue their education in any area of the arts at an accredited university, college or other institution of higher learning.

The award of the scholarships will be based on educational and career goals, the applicant's academic record, involvement in extracurricular activities and community service. Financial need will also be evaluated. Funds for the scholarship will be paid directly to the institution of the student's choice upon proof of enrollment.

Application Procedures

• Complete all sections of the application (available at school counselor's office). Print neatly in black ink or type. Incomplete applications may be eliminated from consideration.

• Include one copy of your official high school transcript and at least one letter of recommendation.

• Sign and date the application.

• Mail the completed application, transcript, and letter(s) of recommendation to the Grand Arts Council at P.O. Box 605, Grand Lake, CO 80447.
