The Grand Arts Council is governed by an eleven-person Board of Directors elected from among the general membership at the January annual meeting.  Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 6 PM at the Grand Arts Center building on Park Avenue in Grand Lake, Colorado.  The following members serve on the board:
